·Delivery
--If merchandises from orders required manufacturing, please allow

approximately 5 weeks before we attempt to deliver the order. Delivery date

can be only ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED. Items ordered from In-Stock section

which consists 80% of your entire order may be shipped out immediately. If

the In-Stock items do not consist 80% of your entire order, they will be held

until the backorders are ready and they will be shipped together. However,

depends on the inventory flow, some sizes ordered from In-Stock section might

ran out at the time of order and they will require manufacturing also.

·Return policy & procedure
-- You may return order/ merchandise within 2 weeks from the date the order

was received.
-- Email us in advance and state which order or merchandise will be

returned,The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to

receive full refund.
--All returned package must be shipped with a tracking number.( i.e. UPS,

Fedex, other method with insured and tracking number)
--Used merchandise can not be returned, no exception.

·Order change or cancellation
--We allow our customers to change or cancel their orders within 24 hours. All

changes or cancellations must be submitted before end of 2ND day from the day

the order was place.

·DEPOSIT
--We will also require an advance deposit or payment for all customize orders.

Customize orders over $1000.00 USD will require to deposit 30% of total

customize purchase up front. If customize order is less than $1000.00 USD,

full amount is required to be paid after received the goods.
